A Family Business Built on More Than 40 Years of Experience
Williams Construction and Roofing Co. began in 1982 when Bernard “Bernie” Williams started a family roofing business in Waterville, Maine. From the beginning, the company was built around hard work, hands-on knowledge, and doing the job properly. What started with roofing has grown into a construction business that helps homeowners protect, improve, and add value to their homes.
Today, Bernie’s son, Jarrod, continues that family tradition. More than 40 years of industry experience have given us the practical knowledge to understand what different homes and projects require. We offer residential roofing services using asphalt shingles, rubber roofing, corrugated metal, and standing seam metal roofing. Our capabilities also include roof replacement, roof repair, siding, kitchen remodeling, whole-home remodeling, window replacement, and door replacement.
Having several home improvement services under one roof gives homeowners the convenience of working with one team for different parts of their property. Whether we are addressing roofing concerns or helping update another part of the home, we focus on understanding the project, discussing the available options, and completing the work with care.

Roof replacement projects also include a five-year workmanship warranty, giving homeowners additional support for the work we perform.
